Gurj is a fantastic instuctor, his extensive knowledge of and around driving enables him to help you more than you would have expected. there have been times where I have struggled to get my head round a manoeuvre and Gurj goes away and comes back with a solution to help you get round it. He has always been professional and committed to your learning alone. I have also become a hugely confident driver having learned from Gurj!

What helped me most in passing my test was that I gained confidence in handling situations both skillfully and independently. He has been very patient through challenges and remained calm when mistakes were made and calmly helped me fix any errors I was making during the course of learning how to drive.

I would recommend him to anyone for lessons as he made the driving test feel easy with his methods of teaching and not once did I feel pressured.

I had the absolute pleasure of learning to drive with Gurj, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Gurj is not just a driving instructor; he is a master of his craft, dedicated to teaching you how to drive proficiently and safely, rather than merely coaching you to pass the driving test.

Gurj’s extensive qualifications are truly impressive. He has completed numerous advanced driving courses, and his deep knowledge and expertise are evident in every lesson. He brings a wealth of experience to the table, and his teaching methods are both effective and insightful. I always felt confident in his ability to guide me through the complexities of driving.

I started driving lessons with Gurj earlier on this year after having some experience with a different driving school. I was recommended Gurj in particular from a friend, mentioning that he was a skilled instructor but also a funny and friendly character. I’d picked up some bad habits from my previous experience that had resulted in a lack of confidence with the bigger ‘A’ roads / roundabouts and such. Gurj was quick to identify these, and we worked on them so that when I was back on the more challenging roads I was much more confident and in control of the car.
I also appreciated the occasional demonstration (something I’d not had from previous school), which allowed me to see exactly how I should be approaching junctions and roundabouts in particular.

 Other than his methodical and skilled approach to teaching, Gurj was also flexible and reliable in allowing me to fit in lessons around my work rota – usually one lesson a week with a duration of my choice: 1-1.5hrs.

To summarise, it’s clear that Gurj is passionate about driving and he made the experience enjoyable with his friendly, calm and patient manner. Not to forget the good chats we had about football, family and politics!

 I have no hesitation in recommending Gurj to any friends and/or family.

I couldn’t wish for a better driving instructor.

Gurj is patient , calm and kind. Gurj not just teaches you to pass your test – but teaches you how to be confident and safe on the roads for the rest of your life.

Gurj appreciates and understands everyone learns differently – I personally am more of a visual learner. Gurj took this into consideration and often would draw diagrams for me to give clearer reasoning behind his teaching and used visual explanations so I could learn in a way that I find most affective.

I couldn’t recommend Gurj enough and am so grateful to have had him teach me a skill for life – with his support I was able to gain my confidence back after a few years of stopping driving and I passed first time.
